I'm giving Spectrum three stars because of the EXCELLENT customer service we had from Jacob, the technician who came out today and got us back on the Interet and also got our Spectrum app working...

They don't tell you about the $75 installation fee, etc upfront. A low price will be discussed, and then they'll just receive a $200ish charge out of nowhere. Not cool, very shady. Overcharged...

Horrible customer service. Their online services are the worst, and their customer service on the phone is a joke. This company is worse to deal with than the IRS, Social Security, and the DMV....
