Terrible. Not covid compliant at all. No one wears masks, patrons refuse to mask up when asked, and management does absolutely nothing to create a safe workout environment.

Being consistent and maintaining balance is very important. Twenty five years ago I suffered a skull fracture and a broken back. I was referred to The Northern California Institute of Health and Rehabilitation. They helped me so much I got certified as a trainer and ended up working as a Program Director at the Institute.
