Outstanding bread. Moist soft crumb. Slightly chewy crust w/ a subtle gloss. Rivals top west coast bakers using whole grains. Certainly worth a detour if in the area.

Their bread gives me life! The Knead 4 Seed is the most delicious bread I have ever eaten. It is wholesome, chewy, and the seeds have a wonderful toasty flavor. The 36 oz loaf keeps us full and happy.

I'm addicted to the cranberry pecan sourdough. It's the best I've ever had. I've had great bread in Europe and the Middle East and Silver Falls Bread can hold its own with the best.
