Sandra A. Antonovic, MD

Jasmine is originally from San Diego, CA. She earned her bachelor's in applied health at Azusa Pacific University in 2015 and then her doctorate in physical therapy at Duke University in 2018. She started her career in outpatient orthopedics in Arlington, VA before moving to Portland, OR and joining Providence Health & Services in 2022. She is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist, which has helped her more effectively diagnose and treat orthopedic injuries. She has experience treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions including low back and neck pain, post-operative injuries, repetitive use injuries and balance impairments. She works hard to empower clients to take charge over their recovery by valuing individual goals, concerns, and preferences. Jasmine uses a variety of hands-on manual techniques and therapeutic exercises to help clients achieve more functional movement and return to the activities that they love.

Kamylli Mendive, MPAS, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant at Providence Medical Group - Scholls Internal Medicine. One of her key roles is to help people understand their chronic conditions and treatment options. She also takes a special interest in geriatric health. “I’m here to partner with patients, families and caregivers as they make decisions about their health,” she says. “Building relationships with patients over time is one of the things I enjoy most about my work, along with the opportunity to constantly learn and grow as a medical provider.” A graduate of Lewis & Clark College, Kamylli completed her master’s degree in physician assistant studies at Oregon Health & Science University.
