Never buy your house from this builder. I regret I chose them over much much better builders in the market.. these guys just want to sell you a house that will start having issues once you movein....

Couldn't care less about their buyers or owners. Don't hold their word, or try to resolve issues. Will say anything to get a deal, and do nothing once they are in it. Buyer beware
