Scott C. As an acclaimed speaker and lecturer, Scott has spoken before numerous professional groups, private organizations, and conducted many workshops on subjects such as estate planning, charitable planning, asset protection, business succession planning, and Medicaid planning. He understands the concerns people have about estate planning, asset protection, and related tax issues. A native Oregonian, Scott earned his Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University and his J.D. at Willamette University Law School. Concurrent with Law School, Scott also earned a Master of Business Administration for Business, Government and Not-for Profit Management from the Willamette University Graduate School of Management. In August of 2002 Scott received the designation of Advanced Strategist Planner by the Esperti Peterson Institute, the acknowledged Global Center for Wealth Strategies Planning and Advanced Estate Planning. Scott is a member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, the Esperti Peterson Institute, the Financial Planning Association, the Society of Financial Services Professionals, Oregon State Bar, and is licensed to practice in all courts in the state of Oregon. He is a member of the Estate Planning and Elder Law Sections of Oregon State Bar.
