History
Silver Lake being a small town there was not a lot of places to get a good affordable meal without driving 20+ miles. So I combined my knowledge of building with my lifetime of cooking experience and Plum Creek Deli was born. The unit was remodeled with Blue Pine salvaged from the Tool Box or Winter Rim Forest fire, and a local artist Jimmy Gillespy painted our mural. In the Spring of 2013 we designed and built (again using salvaged timber) a beautiful Juniper and pine log gazebo for the enjoyment of our customers.

Plum Creek Deli is dedicated to provide our customers with Fresh, wholesome food at an affordable price. You can watch us as we hand patty your 1/3lb fresh ground Angus beef burger, cook it on the B.B.Q. and put it together with your favorite condiments. Our Deli sandwiches are stacked high with 5 meats, cheeses, breads and your choice of fresh veggies to choose from. We also have Chicken and fish on the menu. There is a little something for everyone and we promise You will not go away hungry!

This place is a joke....it has been closed for weeks ...even during hunting season....You will starve to death in Silver Lake.

This place is in a van next to the grocery store. They are open from 8 am to 8 pm. Their menu consists of sandwichers, burgers, pie, nachos, breakfast (served most of the day) and a few other...

It's was a good burger and sandwich stop. It is closed now, and had been over a year. Town is sorry it's not open.
