Understaffed often, so they lose a star there, but I find the staff friendly hit and miss on knowledge (like myself) but the parts are excellent. My go to parts store in The Dalles.

I'm glad they are around and close to HWY84 got my parts I needed and washer fluid jug for my long journey....great location by Jack n the Box.....

Terrible service. No one up front to help customers. I could see someone in the back sitting in a chair at a desk and 3 people in green shirts in another area in the back. One guy looked right at...
