Wasn't sure what was going on in this food cart. They seem confused to choose a theme for their cuisine. I should've took that as a red flag because this was one of the least satisfying" Korean"...

Fusion for sure, Korean not so much. Walked away from pretty much a full plate.. and there was two of us

Found a super fun Korean fusion food cart in Beaverton called Oregon 101. Husband and wife create fun dishes like gochujang spam kimchi burrito , Korean BBQ burger and triangle shaped gimbap....

Checked this food cart out based on great reviews and photos. Food was good and the owners were friendly but menu doesn't include price and is outrageous (imo) for what you get.
