History
Mike started catering in 2007 just for friends and family. As that grew into more and more businesses wanting BBQ, in 2020 covid hit and we had to change up our game to 1 lb. packages to take home and reheat. We no longer could use the commercial kitchen at our church, so we were in the middle of building our own garage at the time on our property and decided to change it into our very own commercial kitchen, that way we never had to ask anyone to use their kitchen. During 2021 selling our take home and reheat packages went very well. and decided to have a food trailer built. We found what we were looking for and here we are today. I wanted the wrap to stand out and so when you drove by the trailer you had no doubts on what was being served there. May 6, 2022 was our very first day working in our food trailer so please take it easy on us, we are new at this. ~~LOL~~ Thank you for letting us serve you some delicious BBQ
