The rooms are not clean. The tv and shower did not work. Cold shower only. Tub clogged. Staff not available or rude. Big dogs running freely in the parking lot. Some guy tried to get in my room...

When the system is wrong, no good staff can save it. Cash deposit and they have to check before we check out before 11am and no late check out. Only one person has to do all this back and forth...
