The company s concentrate selection includes custom fruit blend options, such as dark apple, sweet cherry, plum, banana, elderberry, pomegranate, black currant, evergreen blackberry, red currant, black raspberry, kiwi, red peach, blueberry, mango, red raspberry, boysenberry, marion blackberry, red sour cherry, Concord grape, peach, strawberry, cranberry, pear and watermelon. Fruit juice concentrates can be produced up to 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Concentrates below 65 F, are stored and shipped frozen at 0 F to maintain flavor, color and microbial stability. Kerr Concentrates vegetable concentrates include carrot juice, green bell pepper flavor, red beet juice, celery flavor, onion juice, rhubarb juice, cucumber flavor, pumpkin juice and spinach juice.
