Average rest stop. Clean restrooms. Though when we stopped by, the "office" (maybe information center?) was closed. Very nice view of the Columbia River just across the highway though.

Good clean restrooms. Easy access. Nice landscaping. Wide car parking spots. Last public rest area for 88 miles!
