Dr. Bullock began practicing in 1978 in Portland, Oregon. In 1992 she relocated to Eugene and in 2004 the practiced moved to Springfield.

Dr. Bullock retired. Don't bother calling her for an appointment. Very sad.

Our experience with Dr. Bullock has proven to be very costly. She recommended procedures that we have since learned from two other dentists should not have been done.
