John was raised in Wilsonville Oregon just south of Tigard. He spent his youth participating on the Wilsonville Football and Baseball teams all the way through high school until leaving for Oregon State University. There he got his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, focusing on anatomy and sports science, graduating in 2018. In 2022 John graduated from the University of St Augustine in Austin Texas with a Doctor of Physical therapy degree. John works with all types of people helping them back to their activities with a focus on functional movements and therapeutic exercise.

Ryan D. Abbott is a board-certified physical therapy provider in Tigard, OR. He is a board-certified clinical specialist, having demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge, experience and skills in orthopedic physical therapy. His treatment approach focuses on improving function, and promoting active, healthy lifestyles.

Mary Souers is a physical therapist in Tigard, OR. She has an advanced certification as a manual therapist from IFOMPT. Souers has over three decades of treating outpatient orthopedics and experience with sport-related injuries for adults, as well as high school, college and professional-level athletes. Additional areas of interest include cervical and lumbar stabilization, critical evaluation and progression of treatment modalities of shoulder, knee and ankle injuries with an emphasis on function and goals to allow a safe successful return to sports. She has worked with high school and club soccer programs to screen for ACL injury prevention as well as implemented an ACL injury prevention program.
