HORRIBLE! Won't ever go back. Took a BRAND NEW never-worn suit jacket to be pressed and cleaned for a wedding. Picked up and it had a tag saying "spots and stains cannot be removed" -- WTH!!!...

I took 2 decorative pillow covers and 2 armchair covers in to be dry cleaned. I picked them up on hangers and in plastic, arrived home opening up the plastic noticed there was no familiar smell...
