Laundry service instructions not followed, that or employee doesn't have a clue how to do this job. Or machines don't rinse well and lousy detergents are used in too high concentration. Asked for...

I've been coming to Henry's for three years. Lisandra is always great! The place is always clean.. only complaint Is she doesn't always bring her doggy with her.
