Did you know? The most authentic way to enjoy our hot pot is to do so without dipping sauces. Unlike other style of hot pot, our unique broth has been seasoned and simmered for over 6 hours. The bone marrow will adhere the flavors onto the food, allowing you to taste the true savory flavors of meat and pure sweetness of vegetables. Although not recommended, sauces are available upon request.
