Friends of Lincoln County

Friends of Lincoln County Animals Inc. (FOLCAS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of domesticated animals in Lincoln County, Oregon. Through their Pick of the Litter thrift store, FOLCAS provides funding for the Lincoln County Animal Shelter and offers financial assistance for pet guardians in need of medical care for their animals.

In addition to direct support for spay and neuter services, FOLCAS has maintained program services throughout the pandemic, thanks to the generosity of individual donors, local businesses, and various grants. With a mission to enhance the lives of both shelter animals and local pets, FOLCAS has invested nearly one million four hundred thousand dollars in direct help since its inception.
