They are always running late. No matter what time of day I go. Easily every appt I go to takes a minimum of 2 hours because of how slow they are. I switched eye drs because of this.

Update on my review 1.5 months ago. After trying to pay bill after appointment and get itemized billing for visit I finally get billing statement. Receptionist area quoted me $39 at time in office...

Avoid Betsy MDowell. She will sit with her back to you and misname your symptoms multiple times even if you speak slowly and clearly. Find someone who actually seems like they might care about you.
