Corby's Public House began as 'Bill's Bar' in the 1930's, followed by 'Corby's Place,' which was a well-known establishment in Dallas from the 1940's-1990's. The bar was recently restored back to Corby's with the help of a Oregon State Historic Preservation Office grant.
