Buffalo Exchange, founded in 1974, is one of the leaders in resale fashion industry. The company now has more than 25 stores, and five franchises in over 10 states. Buffalo Exchange buys your clothes for 25% cash or 50% store credit. Or at least theoretically they do, as I've never had them be interested in anything I've dropped off and I've stopped trying....
