The BEST Cuban food in the Portland metro area! I'm Cuban and grew up in Miami and this is the most authentic spot. The food is delicious and the family that runs the food cart are the sweetest.

Apart of my grandmas food this is the best food I've had in a long time. Will be coming back to taste a piece of Caribbean culture.
