The Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall, earlier known as Portland Public Theatre, organizes several live performances. Established in 1984, the hall features more than 6,000 theatrical lights. The Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall has a seating capacity of over 2, 700 people. The hall additionally features nearly 90 dressing rooms. The Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall also features an orchestra pit, choir loft and acoustical shell. The hall organizes seasonal concerts and is located in Portland, Ore. The Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall conducts lectures, symphonies and operas. The hall is a part of The Portland Center for the Performing Arts, which hosts approximately 900 performances annually.
