You call yourself an authorized UPS shipper but can't even supply UPS boxes to ship items and make people pay for a box from your store AND $2.95 to print a label since you can't scan the UPS...

Always friendly and helpful! Drop off/ship there a few times per month and always receive good service.

Very helpful and friendly. I love going in to get special occasion cards as well. They have a good selection and some very nice hand made cards.
