Waited 20 minutes in line because the machine was broken. One dude gathering info from each car that took about 10 minutes per car. If you can't do better, just close.

they closed 10 mins early I mean I get it leaving early but a manager should be there to let a fellow man through. 10 mins left. I get it's 4/20 but you got a job to do holy crap
