Transition House is a private nonprofit agency that offers a range of transitional living programs to families and individuals. It provides apartment living, consulting and advocacy services. The house offers programs for the development of daily living, socialization, recreational, and pre-vocational and vocational skills. It community outreach programs include crisis intervention for mental health clients. Transition House also provides various socialization and recreational opportunities. The house additionally publishes a newsletter that focuses on several health-related issues. It manages a staff of health care professionals, social workers, recovery coordinators, volunteers and support personnel. Transition House is located in Norman, Okla.
