Syed Rizvi, MD

Sonia George, APRN-CNP, is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board. After completing her undergraduate degree in nursing, Sonia went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing with special distinction from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Sonia has a special interest in health promotion and disease prevention.

Rajesh Kanagala, MD, a board-certified gastroenterologist, provides care for adults in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of conditions that affect all areas of the digestive tract. Dr. Kanagala's specialties include colonoscopy, esophagogastroduodenoscopy, hepatitis C treatment, gastroesophageal reflux disease and pancreas and biliary tract disorder. Dr. Kanagala also has extensive experience in hepatology, helping patients with complications of chronic liver diseases. He is fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu.

Board certified in otolaryngology, Keith Clark, MD is an ear, nose and throat specialist serving patients in Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. Some of his focuses include swallowing/voice disorders, voice/airway reconstruction, salivary reconstruction, spasmodic dysphonia, and dysphasia.
