Absolutely the worst haircut I've ever had.the woman who cut my hair was told exactly what I wanted. She just did whatever she wanted to do with my hair and I hate it. I'm wearing a hat now

Called to place appointment with my Daughter for Daddy/Daughter dance. They let someone else in between us not informing us or asking or excuse me. Very rude. Will not come back.

I wanted a butterfly haircut I said it to the lady loud and clear she gave me a 3 Layerd haircut very short and very ugly I don't love it At all now I'm needing of growing it out I was crying...
