Fantastic place. We just happened across the name when we were looking for lunch and thought we would try. So glad we did. I highly recommend the potatoes with brisket.

The potato with brisket is peerless. I'm so glad this hole-in-the-wall is here! The little dining room is simply appointed and the menu is focused on the few items they do so well.

Rubicon had a couple tables inside but it looked like people just waited in their cars for their food to be ready probably because the restaurant smelled strongly of bbq. You order at the front...
