They were very accommodating and adamant I like the nails and pattern they they give me. I'm not sure what I did to come across as picky or high strong, maybe it was just the day, but nonetheless...

Made an appointment a couple days beforehand. There was no wait when we arrived and were seated a couple minutes after we walked in. My technician was very nice and didn't make my cuticles hurt....
