Ribs and brisket were tough and needed a knife to cut. Flavor was good but meet was extremely difficult to chew. Bummer. Used to like Rib Crib. Won't be stopping here again.

This place is great, the ribs and brisket are super tender with great favor. The hot links have just the right amount of heat and spices.
