ElmTree System was developed in cooperation with Standard Testing & Engineering Co, a highly accredited Engineering Material Testing, Geotechnical and Environmental company founded in 1951. An extensive "system analysis" of the testing laboratory business and procedures identified many areas for improvement. ElmTree was designed to enable an engineering materials testing laboratory to offer the best service to their clients at a competitive price. The ElmTree standard reports have been reviewed and approved for compliance with appropriate standards through accreditation reviews by the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials Accreditation Program ( AAP ), the International Conference of Building Code Officials Evaluation Service accreditation program ( IAS ), and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers validation program. Tom Kelly is the president of ElmTree Systems, LLC. He is a registered Professional Engineer with forty years of experience in design, construction and project management, as well as materials testing. As head of Standard Testing & Engineering Co since 1986, Mr. Kelly has driven the application of modern information technology to the engineering laboratory business for client service, efficiency and economy. Cheryl Wilkerson is the ElmTree Program Director and has been part of the team since 1997. Ms. Wilkerson is a data processing professional with twenty-two years' solid experience in project management, analysis, design, development and implementation of multi-tiered client/server applications. Prior to ElmTree, she completed major projects for the Hertz Corporation, State of Oklahoma, and the Associates. Dan Reynolds is a Senior Developer with ElmTree Systems. Mr. Reynolds has over twenty years of experience in systems analysis, design and development. He has developed systems for government at the state and federal levels as well as within private industry. As a Program Manager for Lockheed Martin, he was jointly responsible for the successful execution of an $82 million information technology contract for the FAA, employing over 250 employees. Mr. Reynolds has been a part of the ElmTree development team since 1999. Ken Judkins is a Developer with ElmTree System. Mr. Judkins has over fifteen years of experience designing and managing applications in the private sector and federal government. As a Senior Programmer with the FAA, he managed the Freedom Of Information Act ( FOIA ) National Tracking System application for more than 8 years. He handled almost all aspects of the project, including planning, development, database management, customer service, and documentation. Mr. Judkins has been a part of the ElmTree development team since 2006. Erin Berumen is the Marketing Director with ElmTree Systems. Ms. Berumen has experience in web marketing and indirect marketing campaigns for various industries. She is a member and contributor of the company marketing strategy, including mission and goals of the organization as well as the implementation processes of set goals. Ms. Berumen has been a part of the ElmTree team since 2006.
