HistoryAlpha Gymnastics & Cheer Company was founded by Karis Alford. Our mission has always been to further the capacity of each child to become the best athlete, student, and individual possible. Alpha Gymnastics and Cheer Company has the most elite staff in the state of Oklahoma. We hire through an extensive 10 point interview process. All of our staff members are current or former gymnast. Alpha continually educates it's staff as the sports of gymnastics and cheerleading are ever changing. Several of our Team and Recreational coaches are also judges. This translates into your child receiving the necessary skills and technique to perform when it MATTERS.

Grandmaster Won's Taekwondo, established in 1980 in Oklahoma City, is a premier martial arts school led by Great Grandmaster Won, who holds significant positions in the Korean martial arts community. With a focus on growth, discipline, and healthy competition, the academy welcomes students of all ages and skill levels, emphasizing the development of positive habits and family values. The facility features a spacious 10,000 square foot indoor gym and the unique addition of a covered outdoor training area, fostering a diverse training environment. Known for consistently hosting the largest Taekwondo championships in the Central US, Grandmaster Won's Taekwondo offers various programs, including classes for families and specialized training events throughout the year.
