Dr. Baugher is board certified by the American College of Osteopathic Internists. He attended medical school at Oklahoma State University in Tulsa and completed his residency at Tulsa Regional Medical Center. After receiving both a bachelor's and master's degree in chemical engineering from OSU, Dr. Baugher worked as an engineer in the oil industry before returning to medical school. While attending undergraduate school, Dr. Baugher was a National Merit Scholar and a Regent's Distinguished Scholar. In medical school, we as on the Dean's and Provost's Honor Rolls, was a member of Sigma Sigma Phi Osteopathic Honor Society and was named Outstanding Physiology Student in 2002.
