Ordered through the app, paid for a cookie and then when we got to the store they told me they didn't have it available. Girl at the front couldn't make eye contact or even greet us then tells me...

Screens and tech not working. Staff not really friendly today. Did not great when entering the store.

I just don't understand why this crumbl location just cannot get it together unfortunately it's my closest location but at this point i just need to stay away because no greeting no customer...

9:30 in the morning and they're already "out" of certain cookie flavors?? I'm having difficulty finding a good experience here lately
