Central Rural Electric Cooperative is member-owned organization that provides power services for homes and commercial establishments. The cooperative serves more than 18,000 customers in Garfield, Lincoln, Logan, Oklahoma, Noble, Payne and Pawnee counties in Oklahoma. It operates the Touchstone Energy Utility Distribution Center in partnership with Arkansas Electric Cooperative. Central Rural Electric Cooperative offers online bill payment options and safety information and educational materials for homeowners and businesses. The cooperative also administers an elementary program that provides electric safety education to students in grades one and two. In addition, Central Rural Electric Cooperative offers appliance rebates, home energy audits and loan programs for members.
