Car-Mart of Ponca City

If I could go back and redo this whole thing I would go back and redo the fact that I walked into the car mart in Ponca and the fact that none of them know how to communicate or know what the hell...

They are horrible. Taking advantage of a young kid with no credit and telling him he has three days to bring the car back, but keeping his entire down payment!! How do you people sleep at night?

Terrible service. They didn't communicate in the office. Will literally stock a mom with children. In the car. That's just unprofessional and creepy. Very dishonest. Will never use them again....
