A few months ago got a banana splint and the hot fudge was not eatable. Called and they gave me a new one. Got a hamburger last week and the hamburger patty was old and crispy. Did even call.

Love Braums, I've been going there for years, and I actually worked there as a kid. I'm 54 now and have only had one bad experience, but I went in and the manager corrected it right away.

One of the workers there is probably the funniest, and nicest man ever, Jr burger is AMAZING, and the place feels old and retro like most 80/90's diners.

What is going on here. This has been going for shit. And now the chicken dinner doesn't come with a roll or cookie. What a joke. Lost a customer today
