I have been a good paying patient. It is December and my $4000 deductible and $8000 out of pocket max has been met with my insurance. Insurance covers everything at 100% the remainder of the year....

This is not a pain management company regardless of what they tell you. Generally family medical practice. If you require medications to treat your condition seek help elsewhere
