My question is who works here? I waited 20 minutes in line while I was inside. 4 bank tellers and all but one was assisting those in the drive though. All I needed to do was open a new account....

AVOID THIS BANK!! They have a policy to rip you off for $5 if you want to cash a check... FROM THEIR BANK! Just because I don't have an account at Arvest doesn't mean they are entitled to five...
