Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich was sold looking like that. When I received my refund they apologized and said all of them was looking like that and they were changing the oil.

Ordered a Rubin curly fries the bread was so saturated the meat was falling out and the meat was real thick cut with so much fat and could not eat it . Arbys . On se 29th never going back...
