Just like the personality and humanity of the workers. Just like cold and cruel and they don't really seem to care about their patients at all in a basic empathy type manner. Sad

This is a horrible place. Never have the medication for my mom sick with cancer. Tell her to come back then refuse to refill. Lady is extremely rude and not an ounce of compassion. Sketchy store.

Incompetent staff. Explicitly said medication would be ready on a particular day but was not. This caused me to cancel flights since I was waiting for this to be filled before I left....

Can I give no stars? I've had to transfer to Walgreens because my insurance no longer was accepted by Kroger. I attempted four times to get all my meds transfered over, each time to get told it...
