I came in to activate a phone and the staff there was not helpful at all. They told me they are not a Verizon store. So why is there a Verizon logo on the marque outside? They also can't order...

This is NOT an actual Verizon store anymore.. it's now "Go wireless". I'm so irritated with my visit! I waited around for 30 minutes while one employee was trying to troubleshoot a smartphone...
