Was treated poorly by a staff member named Gabriella because the AI didn't pick up my order properly, and she had to take my order normally. Terrible service. Terrible atmosphere.

Ordered a cantina chicken crispy taco at about 8 pm today and it had bits of plastic and a mysterious red juice at the bottom of it.

Terrible service. Should close done in lobby. No customer service. Signs saying we are here to help. Will not order at this location. Floors are sticky as hell too.

My order of Crunch Wrap and the $9 box deal was made with no meat! I am not a vegartian and did not order meatless! I come back about every 6 months to see if service and food has improved, but...
