I've been to 2 classes so far and love the workout! It's hard, you will sweat and shake with their lagree but that's what I have been looking for! I am looking forward to my next class with them.

This studio is my city's best for Lagree, Versa Climber, and yoga, thanks to its amazing instructors and gorgeous aesthetic. The welcoming atmosphere and expert guidance make every workout a joy....

10/10 fitness studio. This is exactly what New Albany needed! The community and instructors, truly care about you and your fitness goals...highly recommend.
