Founded in 1970, the D&E Counseling Center is a comprehensive behavioral health care and treatment organization that specializes in child, adolescent and family. Located in Youngstown, Ohio, the center provides psychiatric and individual, group and family counseling services. It also provides home- and school-based services. The center offers early childhood services that include group training sessions and consulting services to preschool staff members. It supports the Truancy Intervention Program (TIP), which includes community support services for individuals. In addition, the D&E Counseling Center conducts the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), which is a therapeutic program that provides services to children with emotional and behavioral disorders.
