Panera is already notorious for sending a cup amount of soup when ordering a bowl via delivery, but I never thought I'd eat in a store that put a cup volume of soup in a bowl and then claimed it...

Waited 30 minutes for the food to be ready just for it to come out a 1/3 of the normal portion size. All the coffee carafes were empty. This Panera seems to have some serious challenges

Ice machine didn't work! Sandwich wrong! Their sandwiches is too little and to expensive to be wrong!!
