Shocked at how dirty this place was Looked like the floor had not been swept in days. A customers rapid pickup order was on the dirty floor. Where is the health department?

i waited in line for 5+ minutes before I could get anybody's attention to order...the guy behind the counter was busy prepping and ignoring me. out of bread? tables are disgusting; I count...
