We misunderstood that with the name hero, they didn't mean sub. They essentially make fast food sandwiches. We each got the buttered steak sandwich with tater tots. The fact that they served tots...

First time here and their Philly Cheese Steak sandwich was amazing. Waffle fries nice and hot. The service person at the counter was very helpful answering questions and making recommendations....

I bought $50 worth of subs for the Covid workers of the Ohio veterans home. This is the amount of meat on every sub. I got 3 14" subs and 2 regular onion petals. COMPLETE AND TOTAL RIP-OFF!!!...
